These terms govern the use of the website lumtrixo.com and the informational services provided by Lumtrixo d.o.o., Ulica Hrvatske Republike 14, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, VAT/OIB 56872349017, court reg. No. 081 248 376. By using the site you accept these terms in full.
1. General provisions
Lumtrixo d.o.o. acts as a crowdfunding service provider under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, supervised by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA). The site lumtrixo.com contains information about the platform and general market commentary and does not constitute a public offer of investment.
2. Rights in content
All content (text, logo, photography, source code) is owned by Lumtrixo d.o.o. or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or the creation of derivative works is not permitted without our prior written consent.
3. User obligations
You agree to use the site in good faith, not to attempt unauthorised access, not to upload malicious code, and not to submit false information through the contact form. By submitting the form you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
4. Investment risks
Investing in real estate involves financial risks, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital, delayed return of capital, and changes in market conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Before investing, please carefully read the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) for each project.
5. Limitation of liability
Lumtrixo is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or for decisions taken solely on the basis of information presented on this site. We reserve the right to amend the content without prior notice.
6. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
You may file a written complaint at support@lumtrixo.com. We will respond within 15 days. In the event of a dispute, before initiating court proceedings you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Croatian law. The competent court of subject-matter jurisdiction in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
8. Entry into force
These terms enter into force upon publication on the site. We may amend them with prior notice on the homepage at least 14 days before they take effect.
