Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 January 2026
This document explains which cookies and similar technologies Lumtrixo d.o.o. uses on lumtrixo.com. The implementation is aligned with Google Consent Mode v2 and with the guidance of the Croatian regulators HAKOM and AZOP on electronic communications.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the website stores on your device. They allow your browser to be recognised and your preferences to be remembered. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and tracking pixels.
2. Consent Mode v2
On your first visit all categories except strictly necessary are set to "denied". Google scripts (Google Ads, GA4) are loaded only after your consent. Your choice is stored in localStorage under the key lumtrixo_consent_v2 and re-applied on every subsequent visit.
3. Cookie categories
Necessary: enable basic operation (security, load balancing, language preference). Analytics: aggregated audience measurement. Advertising: Google Ads, conversion measurement, remarketing. Personalisation: remembering content relevant to you.
4. Third parties
Third parties that may set cookies after your consent: Google LLC (Google Ads ID AW-18064110603, Google Analytics 4), Meta Platforms Ireland (advertising pixels). A data processing agreement is in place with each provider.
5. Retention period
Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies have a maximum lifespan of 13 months, after which they expire, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.
6. Managing consent
You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer or by clearing site data. On your next visit the banner will reappear and all categories will be set to "denied" until you make a new decision.
